My practice encourages contemporary audiences to learn about British folklore and bring the lessons from this folklore into their lives. As part of this I have designed repeat prints for homeware, focusing on elements from folk stories and folk art. The muted colour scheme and natural scenes will bring a sense of this folklore and heritage into people’s homes.
