Unearthing an urban mythology
Ongoing MA Practice - 2026.
My practice ‘Unearthing an Urban Mythology’ aims to bring the folklore of the British Isles to contemporary, urban audiences. Through print and illustration I bridge the gap between modern audiences and the rich heritage and past of the UK. I centre my folklore research around seasonal Celtic festivals and use seasonal natural dyeing to encourage a connection to the natural rhythms of nature.
